LABCO Welding precision laser welding services are the perfect solution for both mold repairs and small part fabrication, embossing, and engraving. Our laser micro-welding equipment is capable of handling parts measuring up to 12" x 12" x 3", and is flexible enough for executing precision welds in deep, narrow channels using filler rod as small as .005” in diameter. Able to accommodate brass, aluminum, titanium, as well as stainless and tool steels, we process many parts for the fiber optic and medical industry, including drawn shells, tubes, pans, and perforated shapes.

Close inspection with precision metrology equipment ensures the most exacting tolerances are maintained. Additional services, including reverse engineering, heat treating, and surface grinding are available, and we offer fast turnarounds and very reasonable pricing.
