LABCO Welding currently operates two (2) state-of-the-art laser cutting systems – utilizing 4000 and 5000 watt CO2 lasers on linear motor driven positioning systems along with material pallet changing systems.

The systems are capable of cutting feedrates of up to 800 inches per minute and positioning rates of up to 9000 inches per minute.

Both systems are capable of working with customized fixtures to add laser cutting to already existing or formed parts, including the cutting of shapes or cutouts into square tubing up to 6” square.
